At Global Pet Foods, we’re committed to getting your pet’s favourites to you as quickly and conveniently as possible!
Local Delivery (within 15 km of our store)
- Free Shipping: Orders of $49 or more (before taxes) qualify for free local delivery.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $49 are subject to a $4.99 flat-rate delivery fee.
- Delivery Method: Local deliveries are fulfilled through Uber or other trusted local couriers.
- Delivery Time: We strive to deliver all local orders same day, whenever possible.
Shipping Outside of 15 km
- Orders shipping beyond 15 km from our store are delivered via Purolator at a preferred shipping rate.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: For customers outside of 15 km:
- The free shipping threshold does not apply.
- The $4.99 flat-rate delivery fee is not available.
