Return & Refund Policy

At Global Pet Foods, our goal is to ensure you and your pet are satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, most items can be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.


1. Online Purchases (globalpetfoods.com)

Online orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Option A: Return to Store (Fastest)

Returning an online purchase to a store is the simplest way to complete your return.

  • Where to go: You must visit the specific store location selected at checkout that fulfilled your order.
  • What to bring: Your item(s), your order number, and your name.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original method of payment (typically processed within 2–5 business days).

Option B: Return by Mail

If you cannot visit the store, you may use our self-serve portal via Loop Returns. Mail-in returns require approval and inspection, which will result in longer processing times.

  • Note: Exchanges are not available for mail-in returns. A refund will be issued, and new items must be purchased separately.

2. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased physically at a Global Pet Foods location may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Requirement: A valid receipt is required for all in-store returns.
  • Refunds: Issued in the original form of tender.
  • Opened Items: At the store’s discretion, opened items may be refunded via Gift Card or exchanged.

3. Product Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Pet Food & Treats

  • Dry/Packaged Food: May be returned if more than 75% of the product remains and the packaging is intact.
  • Raw & Frozen Food: These items are Final Sale due to health and safety regulations.

Electronic & motorized equipment

  • All electronic and motorized equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and are not eligible for return once opened or used. Any repairs, replacements, or service inquiries must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Special Orders
  • Raw and Frozen food
  • Litter boxes, pans, and muzzles
  • Beds, Cat Trees, Crates, and Kennels
  • Aquariums, tanks, terrariums, and reptile enclosures
  • Sanitary items (including pet diapers)

4. Return Policy Protection

To prevent abuse of this policy, accounts with three (3) or more returns within a 45-day period (with or without receipts) may require additional review before future returns are approved. This review status is removed after six (6) months if no further returns occur.
