Contest Rules and Regulations

To qualify, each participant must fully complete the online registration form on globalpetfoods.ca to enter to win. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All entries become the property of Global & Ryan's^®. The contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority and are not employees of Global & Ryan's^® or any of its advertising or promotion agencies. A limit of one entry per person or household. No purchase necessary.

Prize: Individuals who enter are eligible to win one of five free pet portrait packages. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of Global & Ryan's^® in all matters pertaining to the contest. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be converted into cash or an alternative prize.

Participation deadline for free pet portrait packages is June 21st, 2008 at 11:59pm (Eastern time). [The “Closing Date”]. All entries must be received prior to the Closing Date to be eligible. On or around June 27th, 2008 a winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries. The winner will be chosen at Global & Ryan's^® corporate office at 294 Walker Dr. Unit # 2, Brampton, ON. The selected entrant, in order to win the prize, must first have correctly and unaided answered a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone. If for any reason Global & Ryan's^® is unable to contact the selected entrant regarding the contest prize before July 4th, 2008, Global & Ryan's^® will have the right to disqualify the first selected entrant and select an alternative winner.

Global & Ryan's^® is the sole sponsor of this contest.

This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws applicable to a contest conducted in Ontario. By accepting the prize, the winner shall be deemed to consent to the use of his/her name and/or photo likeness by Global & Ryan's^® in any subsequent publicity related to this contest without further remuneration and will sign Global & Ryan's® release to that effect.
